About this application
Find local businesses on Google Maps and turn them into a ready-to-call lead list. Enter a business type and a city, optionally a minimum rating, what each lead must have (phone, website, or no website for web agencies) and what you sell. The app returns up to 20 businesses with phone, website, rating, review count and a 0 to 100 lead score, writes a personalised opening line for each one and saves the new ones to your Local Leads table, skipping any business you already have. In Settings, name the list (saved with each lead), choose the status written for new leads (your pipeline's first stage), and whether the opening lines are for an email, a call or a social message, in which language and tone. Needs a SerpApi connection for the Google Maps search.
