How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. There is no fee and no minimum volume.
How are commissions calculated?
You earn 50% of each paid invoice, excluding tax, of the customers who signed up with your link, for 12 months from their first payment. Each commission is held 14 days in case of a refund, then becomes payable.
How and when am I paid?
Payable commissions are paid by bank transfer. Your partner dashboard shows what is on hold, what is ready to be paid and what was paid.
Which clients count?
New accounts created through your link or with your code. A customer is attributed to one partner only, and you cannot refer your own account.
Can I install LiveContext for my clients?
Yes. The LiveContext license lets a service provider install, host and maintain it for each client, one deployment per client. Running it as your own multi-client platform needs a commercial license: write to us.
