Terms of Service
Last updated: October 15, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LiveContext (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by LIVECONTEXT, a Société par actions simplifiée (SAS) with a share capital of 1 000 €, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number RCS Paris 105 231 153, whose registered office is located at 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France. SIRET (head office): 105 231 153 00013. APE/NAF: 6201Z (Computer programming).
2. Description of Service
LiveContext is a no-code automation platform that lets users build AI agents, design workflows, ship interactive applications and connect 1000+ third-party integrations. The Service is delivered as a cloud-hosted SaaS.
3. Account & Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights
- Send spam, phishing or malware
- Scrape, reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass the Service's security
- Configure workflows, agents or applications to scrape, harvest or systematically collect data from any third-party service in violation of that service's terms of use, robots.txt, rate limits or any applicable law
- Use the Service to circumvent any access control, paywall, anti-automation measure, CAPTCHA or rate limit operated by a third party
- Reproduce, redistribute or publicly display content (text, images, video, audio, code) collected through a third-party integration in a way that infringes the rights of the original publisher, host or rights-holder
- Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful or sexually explicit involving minors
- Resell, sublicense or impersonate the Service
- Use automated systems to overload or disrupt the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Usage above your credit allowance may be billed as overage according to the plan you selected.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Payments for subscriptions and credits are refunded only when required by applicable law. Purchases made with credits on the Marketplace can also be refunded as described in section 9.
6. Your Content
You retain all rights to the data, workflows, agents and content you upload or generate (“Your Content”).
You grant LiveContext a limited, worldwide license to host, process and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to use it on the Service.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service connects to third-party providers (email, messaging, payment, storage, search, data extraction, AI model APIs and other external services) at your request. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
When you configure a workflow, agent or application to call any third-party service - including but not limited to search-engine APIs, data-extraction or scraping APIs, social networks, marketplaces, booking platforms, e-commerce sites, content platforms, communication services and AI model providers - you are solely responsible for: (i) holding valid credentials and authorisations for that service; (ii) complying with that service's terms of use, robots.txt, rate limits, geographic restrictions and applicable laws (including data-protection, intellectual-property and database rights); (iii) ensuring that any data collected, generated or displayed through that service does not infringe any third-party right.
LiveContext does not pre-validate the lawfulness of any third-party configuration you build, install or publish. You provide your own credentials (API keys, OAuth tokens, account passwords) for third-party services, and the resulting calls are executed under your account and on your behalf. LiveContext is not a party to any contract you enter into with a third-party provider.
LiveContext is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, lawfulness or behavior of any third-party service or of the data returned by it.
8. Marketplace and User-Published Templates
The LiveContext Marketplace allows users to publish, share, install and acquire workflows, agents, applications, interfaces, tables and other configurations (collectively, “Templates”). Templates are user-generated content. The publisher of a Template is solely responsible for its content, configuration, screenshots, descriptions and lawfulness.
Templates may include illustrative descriptions, screenshots, sample data and references to public services or product categories (e.g. property rental, travel, e-commerce, email, search, social media). Such examples are provided for demonstration purposes only. They do not constitute an endorsement, partnership or affiliation with any named third party. Brand names, where mentioned, are used nominatively to describe interoperability and remain the property of their respective owners.
When you publish a Template, you represent and warrant that: (i) you hold all necessary rights in every asset it contains (text, images, icons, fonts, sample data, code); (ii) the Template does not infringe any third-party trademark, trade dress, copyright, database right, design right or privacy right; (iii) the Template does not pre-configure or actively induce any use that would violate the terms of any third-party service; (iv) any screenshot or sample data shipped with the Template either uses content you own, content under a permissive licence (e.g. Unsplash, public domain, AI-generated), or fictitious mock data, and does not reproduce content scraped from a third-party service.
When you acquire or install a Template, you become responsible for: (i) reviewing its configuration before execution; (ii) providing your own credentials for any third-party API it calls; (iii) ensuring that your intended use complies with the terms of every service the Template interacts with and with applicable law in your jurisdiction; (iv) customising visual elements (colours, logos, wording, sample data) before any public deployment so that the result does not infringe any third-party trademark, trade dress or copyright.
LiveContext acts as a hosting provider for Templates within the meaning of Article 6 of the French Loi pour la Confiance dans l'Économie Numérique (LCEN) and the EU Regulation 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). LiveContext does not pre-screen Templates and does not exercise an editorial role over user-published content.
LiveContext reserves the right, but is under no obligation, to review, edit, restrict the visibility of, remove or refuse to publish any Template at its sole discretion, in particular Templates that appear to facilitate the infringement of third-party rights or the violation of these Terms.
Templates offered for a price are also governed by section 9: LiveContext sells them in its own name and is responsible to you, as their buyer, as described there.
9. Marketplace Purchases
LiveContext is the seller. Some Templates are offered on the Marketplace for a price in credits (“Paid Templates”). When you acquire a Paid Template, you buy it from LiveContext, which sells it in its own name: LiveContext is your contracting party for that purchase, takes your payment, delivers the Template, handles refunds and owes you the legal guarantees. The listing names the creator of the Template.
Your licence. Through LiveContext, the creator of a Paid Template grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual licence to use, copy and modify the copy delivered to you, for your own needs, including commercial ones, with the Service or a self-hosted LiveContext installation, for the members of the workspace for which you acquired it. You may not resell, sublicense, share, publish or redistribute the Paid Template, modified or not, including on the Marketplace, except as part of your own work when that work does not substantially reproduce it. You can acquire a Paid Template already bought for the same workspace again, including a later version, without paying again.
Price and credits. The creator sets the price in credits. You pay with the credits that can be spent on the Marketplace: credits bought as pay-as-you-go top-ups, and credits of a paid subscription up to the number of credits that the amount actually paid for the current monthly cycle (excluding tax) buys at the pay-as-you-go price. Credits you received for free (referral and reward codes, onboarding rewards, partner bonuses, credits granted by our team and the allowance of the free plan) cannot be spent on the Marketplace. Before you confirm a purchase, the purchase confirmation shows the price in credits, its value in money before tax at the pay-as-you-go price, and how many of your credits can be spent on the Marketplace; your wallet also shows how many of them can be spent there. Buying does not require a subscription, and you cannot buy your own Templates. From a self-hosted LiveContext installation linked to your account, the purchase is charged to the credits of that account and the copy is delivered to the installation.
Immediate delivery and right of withdrawal. A Paid Template is digital content supplied as soon as you buy it. Before you confirm a purchase, you are asked to agree expressly to its immediate supply and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code); without that agreement, the purchase cannot be made. We confirm each purchase, including that agreement, by email.
Refund when a Paid Template does not work as described. If a Paid Template does not work as described in its listing, you can ask for a refund within 14 days after the purchase: write to [email protected] from the email address of your account, naming the Template and describing what does not work. We may ask its creator for information. If the Template does not work as described, we return the credits you paid to your account within 14 days of your request; your licence to that copy then ends, and you stop using it.
Legal guarantee of conformity. In addition, if you are a consumer, the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content applies to Paid Templates (articles L224-25-1 to L224-25-31 of the French Consumer Code). LiveContext is liable for any lack of conformity that exists when a Paid Template is supplied and becomes apparent within two years; a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within one year of supply is presumed to have existed at that time. You are then entitled, free of charge, to have the Template brought into conformity or, where the law allows it, to a reduction of its price or to end the purchase and be refunded within 14 days. To use this guarantee, write to [email protected]. Sections 15 and 16 do not limit it.
Ranking. By default, the Marketplace ranks Templates by popularity, which counts, from the most to the least weighty, how many users added them to their favourites, how many times they were acquired or installed, and their ratings weighted by their number; ties go to the most recently published. You can also sort by rating, newest or most installed, filter and search. No payment to LiveContext influences ranking.
10. Notice and Takedown - Reporting Infringement
If you are a rights-holder, or act on behalf of one, and consider that a Template, screenshot, asset or any other content available on the Service infringes your intellectual-property right or any other right, please send a written notice to [email protected] containing:
- your full identity (name, address, contact details) or that of your duly authorised representative;
- a clear identification of the work, sign or right alleged to be infringed (registration number where available);
- a precise location of the contested content on the Service (URL, Template identifier, screenshot, timestamp);
- a statement, made in good faith, that the contested use is not authorised by the rights-holder, its agent or by law;
- a statement that the information provided is accurate;
- your signature (electronic signature accepted).
We acknowledge valid notices within five (5) business days and take appropriate action - typically content removal, modification or temporary suspension - within a reasonable timeframe, generally not exceeding fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of a complete notice. Urgent matters (e.g. ongoing publication of personal data, child-safety issues, court order) are handled with priority.
Notices that are manifestly abusive, fraudulent or sent in bad faith may be ignored and, where appropriate, reported to the competent authority pursuant to Article 6-I-4 of LCEN.
If your content has been removed and you believe the removal was unfounded, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] setting out the reasons. We may, at our discretion, restore the content if the counter-notice is substantiated and the original notifier does not provide evidence of legal action within a reasonable timeframe.
This procedure does not replace any judicial remedy you may have under applicable law.
11. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated content can be inaccurate, biased or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using or relying on it for any consequential decision (legal, medical, financial, hiring, etc.).
LiveContext does not warrant that AI output is fit for a particular purpose.
12. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, branding, design and documentation, is the exclusive property of the publisher and protected by intellectual-property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to our trademarks or proprietary content.
13. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform scheduled maintenance and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
14. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users.
Upon termination, your access ceases. We retain your data only as required for legal or accounting obligations (see Privacy Policy, section “Data Retention”).
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveContext shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Service shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection law.
