Interview Planner in action
User: I'm hiring a mid-level customer success manager. Plan a 60-minute interview for Maya and Tom; the hire will own 40 mid-market accounts.
Interview Planner: I built the kit with Interview Kit Builder: 60 minutes, 5 competencies, 15 questions. Maya welcomes the candidate and leads problem solving (a realistic scenario), then communication and collaboration (real past examples). Tom leads ownership, then role expertise, where the candidate sorts 40 accounts by renewal risk. Each block says what a strong and a weak answer sound like, with a 1 to 4 scorecard. The kit is saved in Interview Kits, and Maya and Tom each have a task to prepare their part.
