Screen up to five CVs against a job in one go: every must-have is checked with evidence from the CV, each candidate gets a score, and the board sorts them into shortlist, maybe and not a fit, with strengths, gaps and interview questions. Paste the job description, list your must-haves, and add PDF CVs or paste CVs as text. In Settings, add nice-to-haves, choose the score needed for the shortlist, the pipeline stage written for shortlisted candidates, blind screening (names and personal details hidden), the language of the report, and whether to save the candidates to your Candidates table.
