WAHA integration
WAHA, the self-hosted WhatsApp HTTP API. Run the full session lifecycle (create, start, stop, restart, log out, delete, read status and the linked account), pair a phone through a QR code or a live screenshot, send text, images, files and locations, mark messages as seen, browse chats and their message history, read the contact list and check whether a number is on WhatsApp, and list, create and inspect groups. The server is your own, so the host is part of the credential.
Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.
Common WAHA use cases
- sending a pickup point to a driver
- finding the session name to send from
- guarding a send behind a status check
- sending a product photo to a customer
- delivering a PDF invoice over WhatsApp
- pausing a sender during a maintenance window
- swapping the phone behind an existing session
- confirming the sender number before a campaign
- finding the identifier of a group to post into
- decommissioning a sender that is no longer used
What you can do with WAHA
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use WAHA from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
Connect WAHA in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its WAHA operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

}How to connect WAHA
- Create your workspace
Sign up free. Nothing to install.
- Connect WAHA once
Add your WAHA connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
- Describe the job in chat
The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
