Integration

Vultr integration

Vultr is a cloud infrastructure provider running compute, bare metal, storage and networking across 32 datacenter regions. This integration covers the Vultr API v2 control plane: cloud compute instances (create, resize, reinstall, restore, halt, reboot, start, read bandwidth and upgrade options, set backup schedules), bare metal servers and their power actions, block storage volumes with attach, detach and snapshots, instance snapshots including snapshot-from-URL, custom and public ISO images, SSH keys, startup scripts, firewall groups and rules, reserved IPs with attach and detach, instance IPv4 and IPv6 addresses with reverse DNS, VPCs and instance VPC attachments, load balancers with forwarding rules and firewall rules, managed DNS domains, records, SOA and DNSSEC, Vultr Kubernetes Engine clusters and node pools, and the read-only catalogue of regions, per-region plan availability, plans, bare metal plans, operating systems, one-click applications and marketplace apps, plus the account profile, billing history and invoices. Managed databases, serverless inference, object storage, container registry, CDN pull and push zones, VFS, storage gateways, IAM, SCIM, sub-accounts, users and support tickets are not included. Authentication is a personal API key created in the Vultr customer portal, sent as a bearer token; API access must be enabled and the calling IP allowed in the portal.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Vultr.Built from the 145 Vultr tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Vultr

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use Vultr from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Vultr in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Vultr operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Vultr

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Vultr once

Add your Vultr connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
