Tolgee integration

Tolgee is an open-source localization platform for software projects. An agent can manage the whole translation workflow: projects with their members, permissions and activity log; localization keys with their namespaces, tags, custom values, descriptions and per-language disabled flags, including bulk key import, key search, key info lookup and the deleted-key trash with restore; translations with their state, outdated flag, auto-translation, per-key history and threaded translation comments; translation labels and their assignment to individual translations; languages; screenshots attached to a key; exporting a project to a localization file archive and importing one back, either through the reviewable two-step import (upload, inspect the result and its per-file issues, then apply) or the single-step import; content delivery configs and their publish action; outbound webhook configurations and their test call; organizations with their members, roles, invitations, languages in use and usage figures; glossaries and glossary terms; project API keys and personal access tokens, including regeneration. Every project route takes an explicit projectId, so one credential can drive any project it has access to. This is a curated core: the implicit-project mirror of every project route (the same path without projectId, resolved from the project API key) is left out because it would double every tool, and so are billing, subscriptions and invoices, self-hosted and cloud licensing, server administration, single sign-on tenants, multi-factor authentication, the browser login and session-exchange routes, the Slack integration, translation agencies, translation memory, tasks, branches, batch operations, quality-assurance settings and issues, machine-translation and auto-translation settings, and the AI prompt, playground and LLM proxy endpoints. The credential is a Tolgee API key sent in the X-API-Key header: either a project API key (tgpak_) scoped to one project, or a personal access token (tgpat_) covering every project the user can reach. The host is part of the credential because Tolgee is self-hostable as well as available at app.tolgee.io.
