Integration

Sinch integration

Cloud communication platform API for SMS, MMS, voice calls, verification, and omnichannel messaging. Send and receive messages via SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and other channels. Make voice calls, verify phone numbers, and manage phone number inventory through a unified API. Essential for building customer engagement, notifications, two-factor authentication, and communication workflows.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Sinch.Built from the 19 Sinch tools below, on the connection you add once.

Common Sinch use cases

  • cost optimization
  • dynamic IVR flows
  • building SMS inbox
  • inventory management
  • automated provisioning
  • completing signup flow
  • tracking call completion
  • user signup verification
  • muting noisy participants
  • omnichannel notifications

What you can do with Sinch

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Sinch API rate limits

Default rate is 20 messages per second for Conversation API. MT ingress queue max is 500,000 messages. Basic auth requests are heavily rate limited.

These are the limits Sinch documents, not ones LiveContext measured. They can change and often depend on your plan, so check the Sinch documentation for current values.

Use Sinch from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Sinch in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Sinch operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Sinch

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Sinch once

Add your Sinch connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
