Rancher integration

Rancher is a self-hosted Kubernetes management platform. This is its Kubernetes-style management API, served by the Rancher server itself: projects and the namespaces grouped under them, users, role templates, global roles and their bindings, cluster and project role-template bindings, audit policies, and the tokens and kubeconfigs a Rancher account holds. Every resource follows Kubernetes conventions, so a create or replace sends a full object with apiVersion, kind, metadata and spec, and a read returns the same shape with a status. The host is part of the credential because every install is its own deployment. Authentication is a Rancher API key sent as a bearer token in the Authorization header.
