Outline integration

Outline is a team knowledge base and wiki. This integration covers its RPC-style API: create, read, update, move, archive, restore, duplicate, unpublish and delete documents, search them by full text, by title or with a natural-language question, import a file as a document and export one as Markdown, browse and manage collections and their document structure, share documents by link, star them, read revisions and view history, write and read comments, manage users, groups, memberships and access requests, define data attributes, upload and delete attachments, follow bulk exports through file operations and download the resulting archive, and administer OAuth clients and authentications. Every route is a POST whose parameters go in the JSON body. The host is part of the credential because Outline can be self-hosted: enter app.getoutline.com for Outline Cloud, or your own hostname. Authentication is an API key created in Outline under Settings, sent as a bearer token.

What you can do with Outline

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
