NetBox integration

NetBox is a self-hosted source of truth for network and datacentre infrastructure. Read, create, update and delete regions, site groups, sites, locations and racks, manufacturers, device types, device roles and platforms, devices and their interfaces, cables, IP aggregates, prefixes, IP addresses and IP ranges, VLANs and VRFs, virtualisation clusters, virtual machines and their interfaces, tenants and contacts, tags, custom fields and journal entries, and user accounts, plus read background jobs and the server status. Every list route accepts the filter set NetBox uses internally, including negated, case-insensitive and range lookups. The host is part of the credential because every install is its own deployment. Authentication is an API token sent in the Authorization header with the Token prefix.
