LanceDB Cloud integration

LanceDB Cloud is a managed vector database. Create and describe tables, insert or merge-insert rows, delete rows by predicate, build vector and scalar indexes, list and drop indexes, run vector, full-text and hybrid queries, and drop a table. The database name and region are part of the host, so both belong to the credential. Authentication is an API key sent in the x-api-key header.
