iugu integration

Billing on the Brazilian platform iugu: raise invoices payable by bank slip, card or Pix and read their barcode and Pix payload, cancel, refund or capture them, keep a customer base with saved payment methods, define plans and run subscriptions against them, and list the transfers moving money between iugu accounts. Every amount is an integer in cents, list calls answer with an items array plus totalItems, and paging is done with limit and start.

Common iugu use cases

  • listing the subscribers of a plan
  • polling an invoice until it is paid
  • showing a customer their saved cards
  • billing a customer for a one off sale
  • removing a customer record on request
  • starting a monthly plan for a customer
  • reconciling the invoices paid in a period
  • saving a card so a subscription can bill it
  • refunding a customer after a cancelled order
  • checking which card is the default for a customer

What you can do with iugu

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use iugu from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect iugu in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its iugu operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect iugu

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect iugu once

Add your iugu connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
