Hostinger integration

Hostinger is a web hosting provider, and its API drives the account the way the control panel does. Run VPS instances: list what can be provisioned (data centres, OS templates), purchase and set up a machine, start, stop, restart or recreate it, read CPU, RAM, disk and network metrics, set hostname, nameservers, root and panel passwords, manage SSH public keys and post-install scripts, take and restore snapshots, restore backups, enter and leave recovery mode, set PTR records, install the Monarx malware scanner, build cloud firewalls and attach them to machines, and drive Docker Compose projects on a machine (create, start, stop, restart, update, read containers and logs). Manage DNS zones: read, replace, reset and validate the records of a domain, and list or restore zone snapshots. Manage domains: list the portfolio, buy or claim one, read renewal terms, toggle the transfer lock and WHOIS privacy, set nameservers, check availability, configure forwarding, keep WHOIS contact profiles and answer IRTP verification. Manage shared hosting: create and delete websites, deploy a static archive, control caching, cron jobs, MySQL databases and their remote connections, subdomains and parked domains, browse and read files, run Node.js builds and patch their vulnerabilities, change PHP version, options and extensions, and set redirects. Billing rounds it out: the purchasable catalogue, orders, payment methods, subscriptions and auto-renewal. Authentication is a Hostinger API token sent as a bearer token.
