Integration

HaloPSA integration

HaloPSA REST API for service desk and professional services automation, against a self-hosted or vendor-hosted instance: read and raise tickets, log actions against them, and manage the clients, sites, users and assets they refer to. The instance host and an access token obtained from HaloPSA's own client-credentials token endpoint are both supplied by the connected credential.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in HaloPSA.Built from the 17 HaloPSA tools below, on the connection you add once.

Common HaloPSA use cases

  • removing a ticket raised in error
  • reporting on the open ticket queue
  • showing a ticket's conversation history
  • showing device details next to a ticket
  • onboarding a customer contact from a CRM
  • raising a ticket from a monitoring alert
  • finding the asset behind a reported fault
  • resolving a client id from a company name
  • showing the site contact next to a ticket
  • resolving a site id before raising a ticket

What you can do with HaloPSA

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use HaloPSA from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect HaloPSA in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its HaloPSA operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect HaloPSA

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect HaloPSA once

Add your HaloPSA connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
