Circle integration

Circle community platform through its Admin API v1. Read and write the whole community: members and their tags, spaces and space groups, posts and comments, and events. Almost every call is scoped to one community, so the community identifier has to be resolved first and then carried on nearly every request. Authentication failures are NOT reported through the HTTP status: a wrong or expired token comes back as HTTP 200 carrying status set to unauthorized, which reads as a successful call with an empty result, so the status field has to be checked on every call.

Common Circle use cases

  • exporting the member list
  • tagging buyers after a purchase
  • auditing what a member has access to
  • reading a post before summarising it
  • spinning up a space for a new cohort
  • mirroring community content elsewhere
  • reading a whole discussion for a summary
  • granting community access after a purchase
  • publishing the community calendar elsewhere
  • posting an automated answer under a question

What you can do with Circle

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Returns a single member as a bare object.

  • POSTinvite_community_member

Returns community members as a plain array.

  • GETsearch_community_member

Returns the member holding an email address.

Comment, 2 operations

Use Circle from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Circle in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Circle operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Circle

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Circle once

Add your Circle connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
