Braze integration

Customer engagement platform API for cross-channel messaging (email, push, SMS, in-app, webhook), user data management, and campaign orchestration. Track user attributes, events, and purchases; trigger API campaigns and Canvases; manage subscription groups, catalogs, and email templates; export user, segment, campaign, and Canvas analytics. Supports regional instances (US-01..08, US-10, EU-01/02, AU-01, ID-01, JP-01, KR-01) selected at credential setup: enter the full REST host for your instance as shown in the Braze dashboard's API settings, e.g. iad-01.braze.com for US-01 or fra-01.braze.eu for EU-01 (EU instances use the braze.eu domain, not braze.com).

What you can do with Braze

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use Braze from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Braze in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Braze operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Braze

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Braze once

Add your Braze connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
