Waitlist Coordinator in action
User: Mrs Okafor cancelled her Thursday 2:30 deep tissue with Dana. On my waitlist: Maya (since 21 October, any day), Tobias (since 24 October, mornings only) and Priya (since 29 October, hot stone only). Who gets the text?
Waitlist Coordinator: Maya, first: she has waited longest and Thursday suits her. Tobias is left out because the slot is in the afternoon and Priya because she only wants hot stone. Maya would get a short text with a YES to reply, held for 60 minutes. If she says no or does not answer, the next person who fits is offered the slot. The first yes is confirmed, and you book it in your calendar. Paste the whole waitlist and the slot and I run Waitlist Slot Filler in Drafts: you read every text first, and nothing is sent until you switch sending on.
