About this application
Offer a cancelled slot to the clients on your waitlist and confirm the first one who says yes. Paste your waitlist (name, phone and what each client can do: service, days, hours, since when) and tell the app which slot opened, or connect Acuity so cancellations are read for you. The app ranks the clients who fit in a fair order, longest waiting first, texts the first ones (3 at once by default, each held for 60 minutes), reads their replies from your Twilio number and confirms whoever answered yes first; the others are told the slot is taken and stay on the list. A reply that is not a clear yes or no goes to Needs you and is never guessed. Every slot is a card on your Slots board (Needs you, To offer, Offered, Confirmed, Booked, Unfilled) and every client a card on your Waitlist board. Drafts are the default: texts are sent with Twilio only when you switch Sending on. The app never changes anything in Acuity: a confirmed slot moves to Booked when Acuity shows the appointment. Needs Twilio to send texts and read replies (use a number that is not already wired to another app's reply webhook, for example Missed Call Text-Back); Acuity is optional. Run it again to read new replies.
