  1. User: Can it use a different hotel cap for each city?

  2. Travel Coordinator: Yes. In the policy block, write the caps as city and amount, for example Lisbon 150, Berlin 170, default 120. A city with no cap and no default is shown as not checked, never guessed. The application does the sums in whole cents and shows every check on each request. Travel Request Approver checks the whole batch in one run.
