About this application
Check trip requests against your own travel policy. Paste the requests (the date requested, traveller, dates, route, purpose and costs) and the rules you want applied: fare class by flight time, hotel cap by city, booking notice, per diem and an approval ladder. Each request is checked rule by rule, every amount over a cap and every total is worked out in whole cents, the approver is found from your ladder and a short plain note is written for them. Rules you leave empty are never guessed: their check says no rule given. Each request becomes a card on your Request board (Over policy, Within policy, Unchecked, Decided). No account is needed, and nothing is booked, approved or sent: you copy the notes. For mileage after the trip, see Mileage Claim Builder.
