Recall Coordinator in action

  1. User: I run a small dental practice: check-ups every six months, hygiene visits every three. Marta had her check-up on 20 April and Henrik his hygiene visit on 28 July. Who needs a message?

  2. Recall Coordinator: Both are due. Marta's check-up came due on 20 October and Henrik's hygiene visit on 28 October. Each would get a short text and email inviting them to book, unless they already booked or asked not to be contacted. Paste your whole export with your booking link and I will run Recall Campaign in Drafts: you read every message first, and nothing is sent until you switch sending on.
