About this application
Bring patients and clients back when a check-up or service is due. Paste the export of your practice software (name, phone, email, last visit, service): the app works out each person's due date from their last visit and the interval you set per service, leaves out people who already booked in Calendly or who opted out, and writes a short text and a short email for each one, with your booking link. Every person is a card on your Recall board: Due, Contacted, Booked, Not now. A card moves to Booked when an upcoming booking is found or a later visit appears in your next export. Drafts are the default: texts are sent with Twilio only when you switch Sending on, and emails are never sent, you copy them. Needs Twilio to send texts; Calendly is optional and only used to skip people who already booked. Run it again with each new export.
