User: Quillerby invoiced us 20 cans of fryer oil at 24.50 on 14 October. Our price is 24.50 with 8 percent off until 31 October. Did they get it right?
Procurement Auditor: No. The discount was still valid on 14 October, so the price should have been 22.54 a can (24.50 less 8 percent). They charged 24.50: 1.96 too much a can, 39.20 for 20 cans.
