Payment Controller in action

  1. User: Garrowmere Logistics sent invoice GL-30917 for 495.00 euros and asks us to pay a new account ending 9907. We last used the account ending 4821. Can I pay it?

  2. Payment Controller: Not yet. A bank account that changes on an invoice is exactly what payment fraud looks like, so check before anything leaves. Call Garrowmere Logistics on the number you already have, not the one on the invoice or its email, and ask them to confirm the account ending 9907. Keep the bill on Hold until they do. Duplicate Invoice Guard compares the account on every bill with the ones you confirmed, so you can paste a whole payment run at once.

What it does for you

  • Catches the same invoice entered twice, even under a slightly different number
  • Flags the same amount from a supplier twice within days
  • Compares each bill's bank account with the one you confirmed for that supplier
  • Puts every bill on your board: Hold, To check or No flags
  • Drafts a message asking a supplier to confirm new bank details
  • Never pays, blocks or changes anything in your books

The applications it runs

Payment Controller comes with these finished applications. Each one has its own page.
