Mileage Clerk in action

  1. User: Some of my trips are on my motorbike at a lower rate. Can the claim handle that?

  2. Mileage Clerk: Yes. In Settings, write motorbike=0.25 under Other vehicle rates (use your own rate), then add the word motorbike to those trip lines. The other trips keep your main rate. The app does the sums in whole cents and shows the rule on each line, so you can check it. Mileage Claim Builder does the whole month in one run and keeps every trip on your Claim board.
