About this application
Price a month of business trips at your own rate. Paste your trips (date, from, to, reason, and the distance if you have it) and your own rate per km or mile: each trip gets its distance, a plain business reason, the rule used and an amount worked out in whole cents. Home to office trips are left out, other vehicle rates and a monthly cap are supported, and every priced trip becomes a card on your Claim board (Ready to claim, Claimed, Excluded). Distances you do not type can be looked up with Google Maps, which needs your own Google Maps key: without it the app asks for the distance. Nothing is submitted anywhere, you copy the claim. Defaults: check your country's current rate.
