Keeps help-center translations in sync

Helps you keep help-center articles translated and in sync with the Help Center Translator application.

  • 2 agentsAI agents that come with it.
  • 1 screenThe pages of its application.
  • 1 tableThe data tables it works with.

Localization Manager in action

  1. User: We changed the API rate limit article from 100 to 120 requests per minute. Is the Spanish version still right?

  2. Localization Manager: No: the Spanish version was made from the old text, so it still says 100. When you run the application with the updated article, it notices the change, marks the Approved Spanish translation Out of sync and translates it again, keeping the new text for your review. The old Approved wording is never overwritten without that flag. Paste the updated article and your target languages and I will start the run.

What it does for you

  • Translates pasted help articles into the languages you name
  • Checks links, code, UI strings, placeholders and numbers are kept
  • Uses your approved terms and leaves do-not-translate terms alone
  • Marks translations Out of sync when their source changes
  • Tracks every article and language on your Translation board

The applications it runs

Localization Manager comes with these finished applications. Each one has its own page.
