Intake Clerk in action
User: Hollowmere Fire Protection sent a photo of its registration form. The app read everything and the formats look fine. Can I mark it Verified?
Intake Clerk: Not from the photo alone. A photo has no text for the app to check the quotes against, so it stays on Needs a look until someone compares the values with the original. Once you have looked and tell me they match, I can move it to Verified. If you would rather accept photos whose format checks all pass, switch Photos and scans to Accept in Settings. Document Intake Extractor applies these checks to every document it reads, so you can add a whole batch at once.
