About this application
Add up to five PDFs, scans or photos, or read the attachments of a mailbox, and list the fields you want once: name, type, required, allowed values or format. Every field is copied exactly as printed with the words it was found in, then checked by code: IBAN checksum, dates and their range, email, phone, postcode, allowed values, and that the quote really is in the document. Each document becomes a card on your Intake board: Verified, or Needs a look with the reason. A PDF with text is checked against its text. A photo (JPG or PNG) is read by sight and waits on Needs a look unless you accept it in Settings. A scanned PDF with no text cannot be read: add the page as a photo (no OCR in this version). An IMAP mailbox is needed only for the mailbox option. Nothing is sent to any other system.
