Follow-Through Coordinator: Due Wed 28 Oct: "tomorrow" counts as the next business day. If that day is a holiday for you, add it to Holidays and it moves to Thu 29 Oct. Customer Promise Tracker checks every public reply of the last 7 days this way and keeps each promise on your board until it is kept.
