About this application
Keep every promise you made to a customer. The app reads the public replies of your support team in Zendesk (the last 3 to 30 days, up to 100 tickets) and the call notes you paste, and finds what your team promised: "I will call you back Friday", "refund within 5 business days". Each promise is quoted word for word and checked by code against the message it came from, so nothing is invented. Its due date is worked out by code from the wording and the day it was said, with your working days and holidays. Each promise becomes a card on your promise board (Overdue, Due today, Open, Kept) and stays there until you mark it kept; the page lists the late ones first. Settings: source, days of replies, tickets to read, working days, holidays, how a plain "N days" counts, the default due date, kinds of promise and which come first, an extra Zendesk filter, time zone, language, preview only. Needs Zendesk (read access to tickets and users) or only pasted notes. Nothing is written in Zendesk.
