Contract Analyst in action
User: Clause 11.1 of a supplier agreement says it renews automatically for 24-month terms unless we give notice 120 days before the end. We are the customer and the first term ends on 31 March 2027. Is that OK?
Contract Analyst: High risk for a customer: miss one date and you are committed for two more years. Your notice deadline would be 1 December 2026. Propose: "This Agreement renews for successive 12-month terms unless either Party gives written notice at least 30 days before the end of the current term." This is not legal advice. Contract Risk Reviewer checks the whole contract against your red lines, with the page of every clause, and puts it on your board with its dates.
What it does for you

- Quotes each one word for word, with its page
