Review a contract before you sign it. Add the contract as a PDF or paste its text, choose your side (you buy, you sell, or a mutual agreement such as an NDA) and your red lines. You get the risky clauses on liability, renewal and notice, termination, intellectual property, data and GDPR, payment, exclusivity and governing law, each with the exact quote, its page, what it means for you and a wording to propose, then a verdict: Sign, Negotiate or Escalate to a lawyer. The app also gives the renewal date, the last day to give notice and who must do what. Every quote is checked against the text and its page is found in the PDF. Each contract becomes a card on your Contracts board (To review, Negotiating, Signed, Declined).
