About this application
Find out why you win and lose deals. Paste the export of your closed deals (deal, amount, close date, won or lost, competitor, stage lost at, owner, notes) and the notes you took, and write your own reasons if the usual ones do not fit. A reading step gives each deal one primary reason from your list, with an exact quote of its notes. Code checks that the quote is in that deal's notes word for word, otherwise the deal is Unclear, and a sentence addressed to an AI inside the notes is removed and ignored. Win rate, amounts and counts per reason, competitor and stage are counted by code in integer cents and compared with the period before (30, 90 by default, 180 or 365 days), completed by the deals saved by earlier runs. The report shows the top reasons with quoted examples, why you win, against whom and where you lose. Each deal is a card on your Reason board (Auto, Confirmed, Changed): confirm or change a reason there, run again on the same export, and nothing is read again while your choices are kept. Settings: period, your loss and win reasons, end date, currency, number of deals, small sample limit, what you sell, read again, date order and preview only. Needs no account.
