About this application
Put your card and bank transactions in the right account and see the odd ones first. Connect QuickBooks (the purchases still in an uncategorized account) or Ramp, or paste lines of date, merchant and amount. For each transaction the app suggests one account from your own chart: your rules first (part of a merchant name, then the account), then what you filed for the same merchant before, and only then an AI, which may only choose among your accounts and may answer that it cannot tell. Every suggestion shows why and how sure it is, and unusual amounts, possible duplicates, large amounts and credits are flagged. Each transaction becomes a card on your Review board: Approved when a rule or a confident earlier choice covers it and nothing is flagged, To review otherwise. Fix an account on a card and the app remembers it. Copy the approved lines as CSV for your books. Settings: period, your rules, your accounts, how many transactions per run, when to approve at once, the amount limits to flag, language, preview only. Nothing is written to your accounting.
