About this application
Find out what your survey respondents talk about, in their own words. Paste the export of your survey (an id, a score such as NPS or a 1 to 5 rating, segment columns like plan or region, and one or more open-ended answer columns) and, if you have one, your codebook. A coding step gives each answer up to three codes from the codebook, each with an exact quote. Code checks that the quote is in the answer word for word, otherwise the answer is Uncoded, removes sentences addressed to an AI, and counts the respondents per code, the share inside each score group (promoters, passives, detractors) and each segment, the NPS, and keeps three quotes per code. With no codebook, up to 8 codes are proposed for you to edit and reuse. Each code is a card on your Code board (New, Kept, Merged): set its stage and a new run keeps your choice. A coded CSV, one row per answer, is one click away. Settings: your codebook, survey name, score scale, answer and segment columns, respondents to code, codes to propose, smallest base, language of the codes, what the survey is about and preview only. Needs no account. The figures are those of the paste you give: answers are not stored, and nothing is sent to Typeform or SurveyMonkey. For review themes, see Review Insight Miner; for support tickets, see Ticket Theme Report.
