About this application
Find the customers who are outgrowing their plan. Paste your support conversations (an export from Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk or any list: account, contact, date, text, and optionally plan, seats and owner) and your own plan catalogue (plans, limits, add-ons). An AI step finds the expansion signals in what customers wrote: a limit hit, a feature of a higher plan, a new team or location, more seats, an integration request. Code then checks that each quote is in the customer's own words, drops the customers who already have what they ask for, points each signal to the plan or add-on of your catalogue, scores it (strength x account size x recency) and keeps one card per account and need, with a suggested next step for the account owner. New hot signals can be posted to Slack, one alert per owner, or kept as a draft. Each signal is a card on your Signals board (Hot, Warm, In conversation, Won, Not now); a card you move is never changed and the same export adds no duplicate. Settings: period, conversations per run up to 100, kinds of signal, hot score, account size bands, default owner, words to ignore, alert and Slack channel, count-as-of date, date order, preview only. No account to connect. Nothing is ever sent to a customer.
