About this application
Decide every subscriber's change request by your own rules. Paste your subscribers' requests (up to 30 per check: skip, pause, swap, cancel, a new date or address) and your subscription export (subscription, customer, product, variant, interval, next charge date, status, price, orders so far), then set your rules: the most skips in a row, the longest pause, the swaps you allow, a retention offer for cancel requests (a percentage off or a skip instead) and a minimum number of orders before cancelling. Each request is checked by clear rules, not by AI: the new next charge date is worked out for you, a retention offer is priced in exact cents and made once per subscription, and a rule you leave empty decides nothing. The AI only reads each message (what is asked, for how long, a quote checked word for word) and drafts the reply, worded to send once you have applied the change; instructions hidden in a customer's message are ignored. Each request is a card on your Subscription board (Needs you, Ready to apply, Offer sent, Applied, Cancelled) with its checks, the new date, the next step and a reply ready to copy. A second check never adds a second card, and a card you moved keeps its column. Nothing is changed in your store and nothing is sent: apply the change in your subscription tool, then send the reply.
