About this application

Know the morning after if your store had an unusual day. The app reads yesterday's orders (or a day you choose) from your Shopify store and compares them with the same weekday of the last 4 weeks: orders, order value, average order, refunds issued, hours with no order and top sellers that sold nothing. Each number is checked with plain rules you can change, no AI: beyond your percentage and outside the range of the last 4 weeks. Each unusual number gets two lines, what moved and what to check first, written from the computed figures only, and stays as a card on your Anomaly board (To check, Being checked, Explained, Not an issue) until you have checked it. A second run never adds a second card and a card you moved is left alone. Optionally one Slack message lists the new alerts. Settings: day, drop and spike size, minimum orders, hour bands, top products, refund size, time zone, language, Slack channel, preview only. It reads up to 252 orders a day: a busier day is shown as a floor and flags no drop. Needs Shopify (read access to orders); Slack is optional. Nothing is changed in Shopify.
