About this application

Know who is blocked, and for how long, from your team's written standups. Paste the standups your team wrote (one block or line per person: name, team, then yesterday, today and blockers in free text, or a copy of a Slack thread) and, if you like, your team list. An AI step reads each update and copies what was done, what is planned and what is blocked; code checks every quote word for word, groups people by team, and remembers each blocker from one day to the next: open since, business days open, stale after a threshold you choose, resolved when the person says it is done or stops reporting it. People who are on your team list but did not post are listed, and keep their blockers open. Every blocker is a card on your Blockers board (Open, Stale, Resolved); cards you move by hand are never rewritten. Names never go to the AI, and an order hidden in an update is not followed. Settings: standup day, stale threshold, people per run, preview only. No account is needed and nothing is posted: a direct read from Slack, Teams or Jira comes later, paste a thread copy for now.
