About this application
Draft the answers to an RFP from the approved answers you already have. Paste the questions of the RFP and your answer library (one approved answer per line: topic, answer, owner and review date if you like). The app matches each question to your library by code, writes the draft from your own words only, and shows the exact library line it used, checked word for word. A number, a certification, a date or a name your library does not hold is refused, and the library text is shown as it is. A question your library cannot answer, one that names a certification you never wrote down, or one that mentions a word you reserve for a person (price, liability...) goes to an owner with no invented answer. Every question is a card on your Answer board (Needs an owner, To check, Draft ready, Approved), and an Approved card is never rewritten. Settings: match strictness, answer length, tone, language of the drafts, age after which a library answer is flagged, words that always go to an owner, questions per run, skip or redo the questions already on your board, and preview only. Needs no account and works on the text you paste. Nothing is submitted to any portal: you copy each draft into your response.
