About this application
Know which customers to ask for a review, and on which day. Paste your recent finished jobs or delivered orders (first name, email, phone, date done, service, last request date, reviewed, unsubscribed) and your review link. By your own timing rules (days to wait after the job, at most once every N days, a window after the job, weekdays only, quiet hours, your time zone), the app works out who can be asked and when, and writes one short personal request for each in your language and tone. Every eligible customer is asked the same way: the app never filters by satisfaction, never asks for a positive review and never offers anything in return, and a request that does is refused and replaced by one the app writes itself. The first name, business name, signature and link are filled by code, and an instruction hidden in a service text is removed, never followed. Customers who unsubscribed, already reviewed, have no contact or had a job that is too old are left out with the reason. Every customer is a card on your Review board (Ready, Sent, Skipped) and a customer already there is never added twice. Copy any request, or all of them as a CSV for your own email or text tool.
