About this application
Find out what your customers praise, complain about and ask for. Paste an export of your reviews (date, rating, review text, source, product) and, if you like, your own themes, one per line. A reading step tags each review with the themes it talks about, a sentiment for each theme and an exact quote of that review. Code checks every quote word for word, drops any tag whose quote is not there, removes sentences addressed to an AI and never reads a reviewer name. Mentions, average rating, share of negative mentions and the change against the period before (7, 14, 28 or 90 days) are counted by code, with the period before taken from your export or from the figures saved by an earlier run. The report shows what people complain about, what they praise and what they ask for, each with quoted examples. Each theme is a card on your Theme board (New, Tracked, Fixed): you move the cards and a new run never changes your stage. Settings: your themes (starter themes are used only when you give none), period, end date, product, number of reviews up to 500, smallest theme, rising threshold, what you sell, date order and preview only. Needs no account. Nothing is read from Trustpilot, the App Store or Google Play and nothing is posted: a read through AppFollow or Trustpilot comes later. For support ticket themes, see Ticket Theme Report; to reply to reviews, see Review Reply Assistant.
