About this application
Know what to do with every reply to your cold emails. Paste the replies you received, or read them from Instantly: each one is placed by clear rules first (unsubscribe, bounce, out of office with its return date, a data question, a clear yes, a clear no, not now with a date, wrong person with a referral address). An AI step reads only the replies the rules cannot place, and every sentence it quotes is checked word for word in the reply: if it is not there, the reply goes to Needs a look. You get the category, the quote and the next step: book a call, snooze until a date, add the referral or suppress, plus a copy list of addresses not to email again. Each reply is a card on your Replies board (Book a call, Needs a look, Add referral, Suppress, Snooze, Done) and a reply already there is skipped. Settings: replies per run up to 100, days to wait after an out of office, snooze for a not now without a date, your own stop phrases, preview only. No account is needed to start; Instantly is optional and only read. Replies from Lemlist are pasted, because its API gives no reply text. Nothing is sent and nothing is changed in any tool.
