About this application
Find the customers who keep calling your support line. The app reads the calls to your Twilio support line over the last 7, 14 or 30 days, groups them by phone number and lists every customer who called 3 times or more (you choose the number). With Zendesk connected it matches each caller to their tickets and puts calls and tickets in one timeline. A customer counts as resolved only when a ticket was updated as solved after the last call, so the card stays To call back otherwise. For each customer it writes two lines from that timeline, why they keep calling (from the ticket subjects, never invented) and the next step, and it suggests which of your senior agents should call back. Each customer becomes a card on your Repeat caller board (To call back, In progress, Resolved) and the cards you move keep their column. Settings: support line, days to look back, calls to count as a repeat caller, Zendesk or calls only, customers to list, senior agents, numbers to ignore, ticket address, time zone, language, preview only. Needs Twilio connected, Zendesk is optional. Nothing is sent: no call, no text, and nothing is changed in Zendesk.
