About this application
Walk into every renewal with a one-page brief. Paste the exports of the customers that renew in the next 30, 60 or 90 days (renewals, then optionally usage by month, support tickets, contacts and champion, invoices with discounts, and call notes). For each customer the app works out the usage trend, the open and old tickets, a champion who left or went silent, the price change and the discount, applies risk rules by code and shows every risk with the exact line of your export it comes from. It writes where to start, a renewal plan with dates and the questions to ask; any number or name the AI writes that is not in your data is replaced by a rule-based plan. Each brief is a card on your Renewals board (Overdue, Next 30 days, 31 to 60 days, 61 to 90 days, Done) with a one-page text to copy. Settings: window, thresholds for usage, silence, tickets, discount and price, warning words, call lead time, goal, language, tone, currency, date order, briefs per run, check as of a date, preview only. No account to connect: tool connections come later. Customer Health Alerts scores every account; this app writes a brief for each renewing customer, with no health score. Nothing is sent or changed in any other tool.
