About this application
Keep the renewal, notice and price-increase dates of your signed contracts in view. Add up to 3 contracts as PDFs, or paste their text (several at once, separated by a line with ===). The app reads each contract, checks every quote against the contract text and every date against its quote, then works out by code the last day to give notice (end of the term minus the notice period) and the date to decide by. Each contract becomes a card on your Renewals board (Missed notice, Decide now, Next 60 days, Next 90 days, Later, Needs dates) with the page and clause behind each fact, and the non-renewal or renegotiation note is drafted for you to copy. Check again every week with no new contract to refresh every deadline as of today. Settings: time to decide, which notes to write and for which contracts, tone, language, what you ask in a renegotiation, numeric date order, check as of a date, preview only. No account to connect.
