About this application
Know which regulator updates touch your own obligations, and by when. Paste the updates your regulator or standards body published (one block each: title, regulator, published and effective dates, source, then the notice text; blocks separated by a line with ===) and your register of obligations or internal policies (one line each: ID; topic; short text; owner). The app links each update to the obligations it may affect and shows one sentence from the update and one from your register side by side, checked word for word against your texts: a link whose quote cannot be found goes to Needs a person instead of a guess. The days to each effective date are counted by code at every run (in force, due soon, later, no date), and each update gets an impact note in plain words that holds only facts from the two texts. Every link is a card on your Impact board (To assess, Action planned, Not relevant, Done) with the owner from your register; an update that matches nothing gets a No match card, a possible gap in your register. Stages, owners and notes you set by hand are never rewritten, and an update already read is not read again. Settings: the due soon window, date order, updates per run, language of the notes, skip or read again, and preview only. Needs no account. Nothing is filed or sent, and it is not legal advice. For contract duties, see Obligation Tracker; for control evidence, see Compliance Evidence Collector.
